13.1 The jihost Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. jihost does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. The KYC verification process is specifically designed to confirm that all account holders meet the minimum age requirement.
13.2 If jihost becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended and the personal data will be securely deleted, except to the extent that retention is required by law for the limited purpose of preventing re-registration.
