These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jihost platform and all services provided through jihost.club. By registering an account or accessing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
You must be at least 21 years old under Philippine law to hold a jihost account and participate in any real-money game.
Each individual may hold only one active jihost account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and balance forfeiture.
All balances, deposits, and withdrawals on jihost are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT is converted to PHP at the prevailing rate on arrival.
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. jihost operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations with PAGCOR oversight.
Important Notice. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jihost. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the jihost platform.
1.1 By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jihost platform available at jihost.club and any associated subdomains, mobile web interfaces, or related digital services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
1.2 These Terms apply to all Users of the jihost Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the Platform without a registered account. Certain features of the Platform — including all real-money gaming, deposits, and withdrawals — are available only to registered, verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
1.3 jihost reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 14 for the amendment procedure.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in real-money gaming on the jihost Platform, in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). jihost conducts mandatory age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process described in Section 3. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform for real-money play.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jihost Platform is operated and licensed for play by persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. jihost makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside of its licensed jurisdictions.
2.3 Mental Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who lack such capacity, or who are subject to court orders restricting their financial or contractual activities, are not permitted to hold a jihost account.
2.4 Excluded Persons. jihost employees, contractors, agents, software providers, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not permitted to hold active real-money player accounts on the Platform.
3.1 To access real-money gaming features, you must register a jihost account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one (1) active jihost account. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being reviewed and potentially forfeited.
3.3 KYC Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, jihost requires all account holders to complete identity verification ("KYC") before withdrawals are processed and before certain deposit thresholds are reached. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include but is not limited to: the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's licence, or voter's identification card.
3.4 jihost reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time — including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence documentation — for accounts that trigger risk thresholds under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
3.5 You agree to promptly update your account information if any detail changes, particularly your registered Philippine mobile number and email address, as these are used for account security, withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming communications.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jihost login credentials, including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 jihost support staff will never ask you for your password, whether via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jihost that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jihost support immediately.
4.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your jihost account, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless the activity results from a breach of security on jihost's part.
4.4 If you suspect that your jihost account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jihost support immediately via live chat so that your account can be suspended pending investigation.
5.1 jihost accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine account holders: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. Available methods may change over time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed at the time of deposit.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on jihost is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100) per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though specific payment channels may impose their own transaction limits (e.g., GCash's single-transfer maximum).
5.3 All deposits must originate from payment methods in your own name. jihost does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits from accounts not belonging to the registered account holder will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
5.4 jihost does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees for which jihost accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PHP at the market rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. jihost does not hold crypto balances; all Platform balances are denominated in PHP.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jihost account. jihost does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount on jihost is Philippine Peso Two Hundred (₱200) per transaction.
6.3 KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC documentation may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.4 jihost processes withdrawal requests within the following target timeframes: GCash and Maya — within 30 minutes during business hours; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers — same business day if requested before the daily cut-off time. These are targets, not guarantees; actual processing times may vary due to banking system conditions outside jihost's control.
6.5 jihost reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by the Platform's AML monitoring systems. Such verification may delay withdrawal processing but is a legal requirement under Philippine financial regulations.
7.1 jihost may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, or other incentives to new or existing account holders ("Promotional Offers"). All Promotional Offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
7.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may not be wagered on all game categories.
7.3 jihost reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any Promotional Offer at any time. If jihost determines that a User has abused or attempted to abuse a Promotional Offer — including through multiple accounts, structured wagering patterns designed to minimise risk, or other bonus-abuse strategies — jihost reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
7.4 Promotional Offers are intended for recreational players. jihost monitors for patterns associated with bonus abuse and will take appropriate action, up to and including account suspension, where such patterns are identified.
8.1 All games available on the jihost Platform operate according to the individual game rules as presented in each game's interface and help documentation. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules displayed in the game itself and any other Platform communication, the rules within the game interface take precedence.
8.2 All slot and RNG-based games on jihost use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that produces outcomes that are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. 8.3 Live dealer games are operated by trained professional croupiers in monitored studio environments. Live game results are determined by physical cards, wheels, or dice as applicable; jihost's live dealer software records and presents results in real time.
8.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during any game round — including server disconnection, power failure, or software error — jihost's technical logs will be used to determine the state of the game at the time of the malfunction. 11.2 No User may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the jihost Platform without the prior written consent of jihost.
11.3 The "jihost" brand name and logo are trade marks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of the jihost trade mark in any context is prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jihost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jihost has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 jihost's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their jihost account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 jihost does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jihost will take reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
12.4 Users access and use the jihost Platform at their own risk. Gambling involves risk of financial loss. You acknowledge that you may lose money wagered on the Platform and that jihost is not responsible for any such losses.
13.1 jihost collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a jihost account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 jihost may be required by law or by PAGCOR regulation to report certain account activities — including large cash transactions and suspicious transactions — to Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Such reporting does not constitute a breach of your privacy rights.
14.1 jihost reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jihost will notify registered account holders by email to their registered address and/or by posting a notice on the Platform.
14.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jihost support.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jihost Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts or such regulatory dispute resolution mechanism as may be prescribed by PAGCOR.
15.3 Any claim by a User against jihost must be brought within one (1) year of the date on which the User knew or ought reasonably to have known of the facts giving rise to the claim.
